The location was pretty good. Easy to walk to places I wanted to see
The air conditioning in the room was broken upon my arrival. I informed the front desk and I was told that the issue would be corrected by the next day. It wasn't. My entire stay was without air conditioning, making the room very uncomfortable.

Its location walk from a movie theater and a theater was excellent and absolutely perfect. Very efficient and outstandingly helpful employees from Alan the manager and kept the hotel spotless. The room was nicely furnished and extremely pleasant with a luxury bathroom and views of the castle.

The Superior Twin room was super spacious and really comfy. The bed and pillows felt plush. I loved the luxurious towels and high-quality toiletries in the bathroom. Plus, the quiet vibe in the back of the hotel was a nice touch. It even had a mini fridge! No major complaints except I wish I had booked breakfast, it sounded awesome.

Everything was nice - air-conditioned rooms and enjoyable breakfasts. An air conditioning, a high ceiling and a carpet in the room, particularly good and unbeatable location. Nice castle views...

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the playhouse theatre and the christmas market. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a large shower and amazing water pressure. The pool area was really nice too.

The atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and inviting. I was particularly enchanted by the gorgeous indoor pool that beckoned me after a long day of exploring. Plus, the breakfast spread was a good adventure, offering everything from a scrumptious salmon omelette to fresh pastries, made me want to linger at my table longer.

There was a total of three rooms which my family and I occupied and all of my family members enjoyed and appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms. The toiletries provided in the bathrooms were just great. The breakfast spread was good. All I and my family members have to say is that your hotel is just a very nice place to stay.
No comment nor anything which we dislike.
